IT Support Specialist

What you'll be doing

- Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues and queries from our employees in a timely manner
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network and application-related problems
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on our computing and networking equipment
- Assist with the procurement, configuration and deployment of new IT hardware and software
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes and support procedures
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure the smooth running of our technology infrastructure
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support practices and policies

- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, ideally in a BPO, call centre or similar fast-paced environment
- Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a range of hardware, software and network technologies
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT issues
- Familiarity with common IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support, networking or a related field would be an advantage
